About Scōp

What is Scōp?

Scōp is a UK all in one daily supplement powder. One 11 g scoop of Daybreak Orange, mixed into 300 to 400 ml of cold water, gives you 14 clearly dosed ingredients, including 5,000 mg creatine monohydrate, 400 mg magnesium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and all eight B vitamins. It's made by Scōp Supplement Ltd and designed to cover performance and everyday wellness in one product.

What's in Scōp?

Every serving contains 5,000 mg creatine monohydrate, 750 mg reduced glutathione, 500 mg moringa leaf extract (10:1), 400 mg magnesium as magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin D3 100 µg (4,000 IU), vitamin K2 MK-7 100 µg, and all eight B vitamins: thiamine 20 mg, riboflavin 14 mg, niacin 48 mg, pantothenic acid 36 mg, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5′-phosphate 10 mg, biotin 300 µg, folate as L-methylfolate 400 µg and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin 900 µg. Every dose is printed on the pouch, with no proprietary blends.

Who is Scōp for?

Adults who want one simple daily supplement that covers both training and everyday health, rather than a cupboard of separate tubs. It suits people who train regularly and want creatine alongside their core vitamins and minerals. It's not suitable for anyone under 18.

Is Scōp a greens powder?

No. Scōp is a targeted daily formula, not a greens powder. It doesn't contain probiotics or adaptogens. It focuses on creatine and the core vitamins and minerals, each at a clearly printed dose.

Comparing all in one supplements

What is the best all in one supplement in the UK?

It depends on what you want it to do. Greens style powders focus on wellness with long ingredient lists. Scōp is built for people who want performance and wellness in one scoop: it includes a full 5,000 mg dose of creatine, which most all in one blends don't, and its vitamin D, vitamin B6 and magnesium are dosed at the top of NHS guidance for supplements. Compare products on printed doses, ingredient forms and cost per day on subscription.

Is there an all in one supplement with creatine?

Yes. Scōp contains 5,000 mg of creatine monohydrate in every serving, alongside magnesium, vitamins D3 and K2 and all eight B vitamins. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g.

How does Scōp compare on price?

A Scōp subscription is £39 a month for 30 servings, about £1.30 a day. When we compared subscription prices on the websites of several leading all in one blends in October 2026, they came to roughly £2.30 to £2.63 a day.

Why are the doses set where they are?

We wanted Scōp to do a proper job, so the key nutrients are generously dosed and set in line with NHS guidance for adults taking supplements:

  • Vitamin D3, 100 µg (4,000 IU). In line with NHS guidance of up to 100 micrograms a day, and especially useful through the UK's darker months. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
  • Vitamin B6, 10 mg. In line with NHS guidance of up to 10 mg a day from supplements. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  • Magnesium, 400 mg. In line with NHS guidance on magnesium from supplements, up to 400 mg a day. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Scōp is designed to be your one daily supplement, so you get all of this in a single scoop without needing anything else. If you already take other supplements containing vitamin D, vitamin B6 or magnesium, a quick chat with your pharmacist will help you get the balance right.
